DELIVERY TERMS

• All delivery charges are subject to change.
• Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. 
• Redelivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional delivery payment (at the customer’s expense).

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

• Standard flat rate delivery within Singapore costs $3.00. Spend above $100 and receive FREE DELIVERY.
• Please allow 2 working days for order processing.
• All orders are delivered via courier service and once the shipment confirmation has been sent, package will arrive at your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days.

* Kindly note that slight delay may occur during during public holidays and/or heavy sale period

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We currently only deliver to Malaysia and Australia. 
• Standard flat rate for international shipping to Malaysia costs $15.00(SGD) and Australia costs $30.00(SGD).
• All international orders are delivered via our preferred courier.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.
