Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted if items reach ELDA within 7 days from date of delivery within Singapore and 14 days for overseas delivery. Discounted/Sale items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
For purchases of regular priced items on www.eldastore.com, the following conditions may be considered for exchange:
Defects
Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration before washing or wrong merchandise colour or size shipped.
Size
All our measurements are based on the sizes sent for production and as per the “Measurement Guide” shown in the product page. There may be a 0.5-0.8 inch difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Customers who want to return and exchange a purchased item for another size can do so, subject to availability of the size requested.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure that items returned are in unworn and unused conditions.
ELDA reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to ELDA without prior confirmation from us will not be entertained.
For items that are deemed with defects, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
Other than the above mentioned, there is strictly no refund for items purchased on www.eldastore.com.
